A Message From The Owner

Hello, my name is Paul Ayala and I would like to introduce myself.  I live and work here in San Antonio, TX where I have lived most of my life.  I know the area very well and enjoy living here with my family.  Courante Online is my personal business venture where I get to do the types of work I have a true passion for, computer repair / IT consulting and hospitality service.

My interest in computers goes back to my 7th grade school year.  Ever since, I have been learning more and more about personal computers and have always wanted to help others with understanding and using them.  It wasn’t long before I was considered the go to guy whenever a computer question came up.  I began repairing computers for coworkers, family and friends and really enjoyed doing it.  Soon, I wanted to learn more.

Thanks to the Internet, I learned to use HTML in about a week and had my first website up within the following week.  The problem was, I didn’t really have a need for a website, just the desire to create one.  Eventually, I created Courante Online, my online store front for my IT business.  Today, I am able to offer my services over the Internet thanks to remote access technology.  It’s now possible to repair someone’s computer and collect their payment all over the Internet, without having to drive out to their home and inconvenience their daily schedule, having them have to waste gas and time to deliver their computers to me, or having to hassle with personal checks.  Today’s technology makes it simpler for both me and my clients, half of which I may never even meet face to face.

I also offer IT contracts to small businesses who need a readily available IT department, but can’t afford to hire one.  I also offer special discount prices to small businesses and even consumers who refer clients or otherwise become preferred customers.

With over 20 years experience, I am happy to have satisfied customers who wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for their computing needs.  I can help you purchase a single computer system, or an entire office’s worth of systems.  If you have special requirements, I can even custom build a system for you.  Have networking needs, I’ve got you covered there too.  Peer-to-peer and domain-based networks are no problem for us.  Need to upgrade your current computers or network, no problem.  Need advice on what software/hardware is right for your needs, piece of cake.  Need training for yourself or office employees on computer usage (e.g., software, security, digitization, etc.), we’ve got you covered.  I’ll even come out personally and give you a free consultation.

Besides my work in the IT field, I also have extensive managerial experience in the catering business (fine dining and bartending).  I am also a professional tax preparer and work in a departmental administration group at a local research and development organization.  Due to this experience, I know how important it is to have great attention to detail and a sincere desire to exceed all clients’ expectations!
